SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Worldwide delivery available. 

Free delivery on orders £100 and over.  

Products are shipped primarily from Latvia. 

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched next working day.  

 International delivery is carried out within 5-21 working days.    

Please note that DARY•KO cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any item sent via any of courier services.   

Collection in person is also an option. Pickup is available from Riga, Latvia. If you would like to arrange the collection your order in person, please email us as dary.ko.brand@gmail.com and we will organise the pickup  accordingly.

Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply in your country must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These are not included in the shipping price. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DARY•KO and we hope you love and enjoy your purchase!

If for some reason there is a problem with the  product, we could offer a refund* and/or exchange within the first 21 days of your purchase, if 21 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

       Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in the original packaging.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

     Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dary.ko.brand@gmail.com

Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s.

*Please note that items from the #standwithukraine collection are not eligible for a refund.
